Here's to 3 more!

Larger groups going head to head, I think the long range tachyon weaponry would make them a force to be reckoned with.
The stasis fields would be almost impossible to counter on the battlefield.

But 1x1, they wouldn't really stack up against other super soldiers.

As for training, it ranges from "draft the smartest and most physically fit people," to mentally and physically going through years of training in weeks thanks to nervous system stimulation, to eugenics and cloning making the "perfect soldier."

The big thing near the end is the Stasis Field. A "nothing faster than 16 m/s can enter and it'll kill unshielded people" type deal.
Which leads to GLORIOUS MELEE.
But even an unarmed Space Marine would 0 dif them there... if it weren't for not having the right tachyon shielding.

Those grenade launchers have a 500 gram tachyon payload (whatever that means). If comparable to modern explosives, it's like they have a full auto RPG-7. What people claim the Bolter is.

They also have even more powerful missile launchers and mounted lasers.

Their primary weapon is the "finger laser" linked to their armor's power supply, and it seems really good.

Can be used for mining at low settings. Erases limbs. Easily 40k Hot-Shot lasgun level—but not too accurate at longer ranger.

For that, they have grenade launchers.

Their armor is a space suit with internal exoskeleton, and, unfortunately, doesn't seem to offer notable protection.

However, it does put them in the Spartan/Space Marine ballpark of lifting strength, so that's good.

Excuse my brevity

Yup. And we've known the M4/M16 had significant flaws for... 60 years now? But we still use it
