They can with the US though. Just by putting US troops in the disputed territory Trump can stop the fighting and Putin will get to keep them.

Miller wants to control Europe as much as Putin does. @adamkinzinger.substack.com @markhertling.bsky.social @jimsciutto.bsky.social

We will see.

What they decide will determine the history the world.

This is not just about how Miller and Trump see the US. They seem to have a cultural view of the planet they want to shape through extreme discrimination and violence.

Unless someone stops them.

Let’s hope you are right.

Personally I think we are seeing the inevitable unwinding after 250 years of the power sharing agreement that is the republic.

Like all dictators, Trump is becoming weaker and using violence and corruption to assert control.

But democracy is fighting back. Just.

Europe is courting China. Miller’s going to hate that because it makes Trump weaker. @adamkinzinger.substack.com @jimsciutto.bsky.social @chrislhayes.bsky.social

Currently SCOTUS (which is also a form or monarchy fyi) have a maximalist view of the Executive branch which subordinates themselves and the 10th Amendment to it.

It’s now fight for power between the branches of the federal government and the states.

They are lawless and should be challenged by @democraticags.bsky.social because the rulings undermine state constitutions.

Miller and Trump are building a Reich with righteous power above any laws or constitutions, to control the world.

You either support them or it’s treason.
What side are red states, SCOTUS and Republicans in congress on?

That’s were we are.

Our position on that [28-point] plan has been - and remains - absolutely clear:

There must be no false peace.
No dictated peace.
No capitulation imposed on #Ukraine.

That would be disastrous - disastrous for Ukraine, and disastrous for Europe as well.

This is going to provoke a lot of replies (to which I'm not going to respond) about how "the same people said Roe wouldn't be overruled," and "the same people said they wouldn't give Trump immunity."

Leaving aside that that *wasn't* me, there's still lots of evidence for this case being different.

The DOJ are lawless thugs. The lower federal courts are incredulous with it. SCOTUS, deferential. There is no real federal rule of law anymore. @democraticags.bsky.social have a role in defending state citizens from federal malfeasance.

This is a form of civil war we are in. Make no mistake.

A very frustrated Judge Breyer says "I'm not asking if there's violence, I'm asking for evidence that the state is unable or unwilling to deal with the violence?" DOJ says the molotov cocktail incident needed help. Breyer says you didn't send the guard there, so your claim rings hollow. END/
