A white guy wearing a Vader mask and flipping the finger on his profile picture that calls a white woman a cracker.

I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover but if it looks like a jerk and skeets like a jerk...

It's me too.

What I don't get is that last time I needed a new SIM card for my mother, because hers was stuck in her old phone, they tried to charge me for it, which was absurd.

But somehow spammers can get their hands on hundreds or thosuands of numbers easily and, I assume, at little-to-no cost.

I guess I misread that and was having a particularly shitty day yesterday and took it out with a person I'd never talked to before.

Mea culpa.

One of the rare cases where it actually does.

I loved every minute of it.
November 25, 2025 at 11:26 AM
I've never been here yet I feel like I have visited it in some virtual world.

It is stunning.

Come on, let's not be mean, it's not like he's a librarian o- [checks bio] oh.

People only care whether the technology is of use to them and in some marginal cases, or if you simply lack the know-how, AI can be a useful stop-gap or tool for people who don't care to learn or care about exploiting the work of others.

Telling those individuals it's a bad technology does nothing
November 24, 2025 at 7:33 PM
I think the problem most of us have to come to terms with is not that people don't understand or realize that the technology exploits the works of art of others in order to be minimally usable, it's just that they don't care.

Do you remember how many flocked to have their images Ghibli-fied by AI?
November 24, 2025 at 7:28 PM
I think that the fact that the technology is useless without the theft and exploitation of countless creative works says enough about the technology.

By its very nature the technology is exclusionary so, to me, it's just a matter of fact that bigotry is intrinsically tied to it.

A whole ass month? That's lucky. I saw a store saying it's Black Friday SEASON.
November 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM
We're in agreement, I think you just misunderstood the previous skeet.
November 24, 2025 at 6:53 PM
Wait, he's getting paid for this? He's good.
November 24, 2025 at 6:51 PM
Damn. Those are fine words in that particular order and context. I'd be swooning if I were you.
November 24, 2025 at 5:34 PM
True, but that's just a bi-product of who created them.
November 24, 2025 at 5:21 PM
I'm starting to think AI is just a very convoluted and expensive way to culturally appropriate other's work and art without being liable, responsible or even owe anything for it.

It's just theft. It's a bad theft machine.

I remember that this game exists, and I remember this boss fight yet it still felt like a fever dream until you brought it up.
November 24, 2025 at 1:12 PM
Just as a reminder, blocking out the sun was the first thing humans did to fight AI in the Matrix, and we all know how that turned out.

It's not so bad we have so many cool tech products like the infinite discourse machine or the infinite manosphere media platform an- oh.

A plant? A grifter?

I mean I can keep going but at least give me a clue.

I thought he was just a moronic tool.
