(2,350,000*.16)*(269*12)= $1.23B
That doesn't feel quite right either, way less than the $31B/yr given in the state committee.

That doesn't feel quite right either, way less than the $31B/yr given in the state committee.

State Committee says 27% of Minnesotans are in HOAs and 80% of new housing units have them.
That's 16% of households per the census and a median monthly fee is $269/mo, so $3230/yr.
I don't have an HOA, but that median rate would be 70% of my property taxes for Maplewood/ Ramsey County😅
