He's too much of a daddy to let such things bug him apparently.

His record wasn't great, but he brought it for being so injured.

That's what our Papayasu do.

There are a handful of Rikishi I'd put at Ozeki in 2026, and I think Kiri will get there first if he keeps it up.

Kiri, the Waka bros, Takanosho, Papayasu... They all fold like chairs when they reach Sanyaku.

Kiri appears to be finding more consistency lately and I hope, in turn, confidence.

Glad you enjoyed it!

Yeah. Most of the interviews seem like you could have imagined them in your head. "Yeah yeah.. Focusing on your brand of sumo. Trying your best. Didn't think about tomorrow yet"

Aonishiki saying he wants Yokozuna was not unexpected, but I enjoyed how he let us know. It was a little cheeky!

There was visible upsetness over here. Happy for Aonishiki but the withdrawal, and double Hosh loss was a roller coaster as we caught up on the final days.

Thanks for everything you do as always my favorite internet person.

Papayasu came in hotter than expected, and you could tell Hosh did not like being hit in his smug face immediately.

What an exciting end to a rather drab two days of sumo, this was, though.

Tokihayate spinning like a ballerina was also noteworthy
