The outcome of officially diagnosed is. I'll get pills that would help me focus more. But that would also counter act my anti depressants that help me NOT focus. Which can causes my depression and panic attacks.

I was diagnosed when I was 15 in school. That got lost somewhere on my records and I only remembered a few years ago.
