what they dont tell you is that you can add a spoonful or two of chia seeds to a lot of desserts and smoothies and stuff for an extra boost of protein and fiber to help you feel fuller for longer

yknow in retrospect its kind of insane that i couldnt remember if shinra actually droped the sector 7 plate considering that its probably the biggest story beat in the entire remake and the second half of the game more or less revolves around that plot point. the plot point i couldnt remember.
