A fursona specifically might not fit a lot of folks, but you DO need a fictional character to haunt you, original (ideally) or otherwise. One that retreats into the corners of your brain your heart flutters at the prospect of exploring. That's where silly lives.

Gale is someone I take a huge amount of inspiration from, along with being able to call a dear friend. The concept of getting into character isn't one I struggle with- it's being able to communicate it physically, and there's nothing for that but practice!

Shocking no one, character performance means a lot to me. And while I'm not very good at it, this is my first con in a long time with a new critter to share with the world, and I just want to do him justice!
