It cant come to switch online fast enough. I could just play it on emulator but it'd be nice to not have to and that bitch is still a couple hundred dollars for a physical copy.

Which should be the intended use of genAI. The final work should always be that of a human artist, but using AI tools to create placeholders isnt worth getting angry about.

I think Pokemon has genuinely been on a roll with writing interesting characters between SV and PLZA. I dont expect them to make like, incredibly in depth characters, but ive really enjoyed the characters for what they are. Pokemon is unfortunately still a kids game but they've let it grow up a bit.
