Compared to HI3 Elysia, this is the less fanservice design.

I think there's actually a world that id personally love to live in where Cygames is commissioned to do a remake of FF6, or 9, using the Granblue Fantasy/Brave Exvius style. One of the original FF6 artists worked on those games and there's already proof of the style.

There's a handful of cases like this in FFXIV where they pretty painstakingly recreated Amano drawings as 3d models for boss fights. Its great every time and these are only a couple of them.
