the 68060 was the last 68k processor Motorola made. you might be thinking of the 68k-compatible “68080” core that the FPGA-based Apollo accelerators use. I don’t remember if it is 64-bit but IIRC it does add some SIMD instructions like the Pentium MMX extensions
