in all seriousness I started taking B-complex and iron supplements and it’s helped but also I seem to be constitutionally incapable of getting a reasonable amount of sleep. it’s not insomnia, I have no trouble actually getting to sleep, I am choosing to do this to myself

I’d like to actually read this and engage with it but each paragraph fading in as it scrolls into view was so incredibly distracting I couldn’t make it past the first couple paragraphs. (I scrolled fast for the recording to make it even more obvious but even at a normal speed it’s bad)
