For what it’s worth, the #PittsburghPirates performance on the MLB trade deadline day today was on par with the #nufc performance so far in the transfer window.

In a series of morning phone calls my wife stared down one of the largest hospital systems in the state and got them to reverse course and do what they were supposed to do. #nufc should hire her so she could call all of these targets and explain to them exactly why they should go to Newcastle.

So #TNT couldn’t be bothered to show us the lead cars over the last three laps of the #NASCAR race today. Instead we were treated to “thrilling” coverage of two cars battling for 18th place. No one cares about the “in-season challenge,” we want to see the winner of the race!

My only problem with the new #NUFC kit is that the fuzziness of the black/white interface will make me think that my TV is on the blink!
