I'm not American but do my best to keep up. Heard Newsom talk for maybe 20 minutes or so on some show and - immedeatly - felt like the dude was fucking poison. Everyone of his talking points was laced with hints that Democrats should just absorb MAGA talking points where possible.

I usually tone out too tbh when I can tell someone cant really justify their indignation without appealing to authority or self-inflating importance via means of speaking for entire groups of others .
