There is strong sparkle factor but it's odd that you can't see it in the white at all in the photo.

I thought I was very gluten sensitive until I discovered I'm actually crap American flour sensitive. While I can eat sourdough (and only sourdough because it's fermented) with our flour, I can eat *anything* made with French or einkorn flour... and I absolutely could survive on bread alone.

Yeah, with deadly consequences.

And for what it's worth, though I absolutely LOVE berries, fruit in any kind of dessert (except apple pie and dipped chocolate strawberries with cheesecake filling), is an absolute travesty and should be avoided at all costs. Stop ruining perfectly good desserts with fruit, especially raspberry.

I don't put that nutritious crap in my stuffing, just dried out bread (no crust), onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and a fuckton of butter. I always make more than will fit in the bird, which I bake in a covered dish, baste with turkey drippings, and then combine it all in the end.
