This is a pointillist digital art image I did several years ago, based on a skyline photograph of Hong Kong. The buildings in the lower part of the image are the high rises that just burned. It has always been a favorite piece of mine, now it just makes me incredibly sad :(

I tried but I got nuttin'. It's funny because I have some really ancient Red Heart in my stash that is practically the same colorway. It's not single ply, bulky, nor wool though.

Think I need to do some Tunisian crochet colorwork in this palette I made. Way beyond the realm of the usual colorways I use, but I'm feelin' it... maybe for a long coat with two-color stripes of Fair Isle and/or Selbu motifs. Course, new colors means new yarn will be required.

All blooming at once, that NEVER happens. I have four more with spikes that aren't blooming yet. Nothing on the B. Nodosa or the Cattleyas unfortunately. My plethora of violets are doing well, goldfish plant is blooming, Monstera has a new leaf, and both Thanksgiving cacti are corroded with buds.
