I mostly know her for her antisemitism. But I'd say this isn't an unfair assessment, except I think she's a true believer in the gross Nazi stuff she posts. So many conspiracy theories (such as anti vax stuff) inevitably lead to antisemitism because the conspiracies require some evil shadowy group-

The story that *actually* should have triggered resignations for bias was that horrific story smearing trans women as rapists that used a cis serial rapist and a survey by a group that believes trans women existing is equal to rape as 2 of its main sources, but that's anti-trans bias so no one cared

Which is one of the scenarios I could see helping spark a turnaround. I do think Trump is in poor health and in cognitive decline. But those around him will continue to prop him up and pretend this isn't the case as long as they possibly can, and who knows how long he'll hold on.
