As a bonus, the museum includes THE WORST SHEEP (I love it so much!) which is also the worst artwork I’ve ever seen made and sold by a professional historic artist, which I keep a picture of near my desk as a reminder that sometimes mediocre is, in fact, good enough. 7/?
Small painted ceramic bowl (the technical term is majolica) painted with a sheep that looks like a small child did it. The body's wool is represented by a bunch of weird ovals with squiggles in them, its head is twisted backwards with a derpy expression, its legs are way too long and skinny like sticks, and its cloven feet look like claws. A circle around its head and a stick behind it with a cross indicate that it's supposed to be the common Renaissance image of Jesus as a sheep. As a bonus, it's supposed to be standing in front of a staff with a cross on top, but the top part of the cross above the sheep totally doesn't line up with the bottom half under the sheep. Weird green smears give hints of color.
