Can't stop thinking about how at the Tualatin Pumpkin Regatta yesterday I waited in a long line at the table for a Railroad Safety Education org because they were giving out train whistles and I wanted one & when I got to the front of the line they told me they were only giving them to children 💀

Can't believe @opb.org failed to mention that Judge Immergut is also the judge who granted Liv Moultrie a temp restraining order allowing her to sign with the Thorns as a 15 year old.

We've all heard the stereotype "Portland cyclist". What does that even mean?

If you care to look closely, you'll see our bike lanes are full of a beautiful array of humans — and that when folks use that phrase it says more about them than who's actually riding.

I don't care how much you want a player subbed off the pitch, its crazy to chant against your own goalie. Absolutely LOSER behavior. Chant at Rob Gale if you want, but to the fans chanting "We want Bella", I hope you're embarrassed because I was embarrassed to be in the fan section with you.

As Mayor Wilson says, this bill jeopardizes dozens of essential city infrastructure jobs & our ability to perform basic safety functions like filling potholes & implementing traffic safety improvements. Not just in Portland, but in cities all over Oregon.

Mayor Wilson Urges State Legislators Not to Leave Cities Out of Transportation Bill
House Bill 3402-3 threatens Portland’s transportation future by stripping local control at a time when unified, statewide solutions are urgently needed.

This at 4pm on a Friday definitely seems like a great Democratic process. No notes.
The #Orleg Dems filed a "gut and stuff" bill they could fill with transportation policy just in case HB 2025 flamed out.

It's HB 3402-3 and it has a public hearing today at 3:45 pm. If HB 2025 is truly dead, than HB 3402 is the new transportation bill.

Why aren't truckers super pro-transit/active transportation? If fewer people drove, they'd deal with fewer congested roads and their jobs would be much easier without having to navigate around so many passenger vehicles....right?
