Lol. I feel you so strong on this one because I am a diehard mayo hater. For a long time I couldn't make my kids anything with mayo in it or wash a dish that had mayo in it. Just seeing it makes me gag.

I love popcorn on the stove and I grew up with the microwave bags. My mom had pretty much only nonstick pans, but she didn't cook much. I switched to stainless steel and cast iron for my home. I have a small cast iron pan that is perfect for frying an egg and it never sticks! (I use butter)

We are getting organized in WNC! I was at a training organized that sane morning and shared word of mouth, no social media, and there were easily 300 people there. And more trainings and train the trainer opportunities are being offered every day.

You ever chewed on "onion grass" as a child? That's it! It grows in lots of places. And has a small bulb--you could use a bunch of them to cook with. I've used the tops in place of green onions many times. Technically a garlic, not an onion I believe.
