In light of current gerrymandering efforts by several states, would you support a national change to move to making each state its own congressional district that sends to Congress representatives proportional to the vote for that party within that state?

ACS data is far from perfect, but I think it helps illustrate the reality that most "vacant" units are short-term vacancies related to either typical housing market churn, special / seasonal use cases, repairs, etc

The sub-categories of this "other vacancy" category that most closely approximate a long-term, chronically vacated unit together comprise about 1.4 million units (or 1% of all "vacant" units nationwide)
