We're back for Jodie's last series! And it hits the ground running with brand new, fresh energy. We've got Jodie and Mandip on fine form, new characters, a new companion and a huge new storyline. All together now…What's the Flux??!!

Light Years is FINALLY getting a vinyl repress.

The limited Sainsburys release, swept up by scalpers, has been selling for £300+.

I don't know what's more humourless to be honest... the lawyers for Studio Canal & The Michael Bond Estate, or those terribly unfunny Spitting Image YouTube clips in the first place.
Definitely a long way from the show at its peak... and their Paddington was pretty much a racist stereotype anyway.

Had a lovely afternoon and evening at Arcade Club - the biggest arcade in Europe - which just so happens to be in my hometown.

There's all sorts of modern video games set as free to play here.... but the real gems are the vintage 70s/80s/90s arcade consoles and pinball machines. What a place!

Gallifrey Base is still full of people who think the Season 13 box set doesn't have any problems with shonky AI upscales.

As a reminder. This is what people claim they cannot see.

Lozzy and I have been together 16 years today, so here's 16 pics of me and the Fizzy One from our 16th year.

Love and adore you always, you little wonder, you. xx

And then I got to see The Fast Show gang live together for the first time since November 2002. On my 41st birthday, no less.

Which was nice.

If I form a band in my twilight years I'm gonna call them Temporal Implosion.

Well, I guess I'm 41 now.

This is what it was like being 40. Well, let's be honest, these are the edited highlights.

Plus a bonus thread of sentimental ramblings below.

People: "The BBC has no racial bias."

BBC News: "Yeah, that's the one picture out of hundreds we could use. Make that black man look guilty."

I love seeing artists I admire in the same room as one another.

So here's Pauline Black (The Selecter), Tanita Tikaram and Rhoda Dakar (The Bodysnatchers), who are all magnificent.

Can you imagine the sheer power that would be unleashed if Zach Polanski and Martin Lewis ran into each other and became one giant mega campaigner for fairness like Station in Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey?

Saw a story about how a former soap actor is now working in a burger hut in Macclesfield. Took one look at their social media.

Repeated retweets of transphobic rhetoric, pro-Israel nonsense and xenophobia.

Yeah... not surprised that's where they've ended up, tbh.

The man's a bigot, so he is.

We visited this in Madrid last Spring. It was... ok. The sets were great but what they don't show you in the pictures was how much they relied on cardboard cutouts and the sheer churn of people being pushed through at all times.

Good riddance to Tim Davie. A man who pushed xenophobic and transphobic rhetoric, platformed facism, outright lied about Bob Vylan, and put the BBC's reputation in the gutter. He'll go get some cushy job with Reform or something now or be an after dinner speaker but at least he's gone from the Beeb.

Me: "I'm gonna aim to be in America to attend a once in a lifetime event in the middle of June."

Garbage & Skunk Anansie: "What if we, two of your all time favourite bands ever, announce a joint headline tour at the same time?"

Me: "FUCK."

The weirdest thing... despite having Netflix money *AND* Queen Productions money... this Stranger Things remix of Who Wants to Live Forever released as a digital single today sounds like they've pushed the vocals through an AI separator which has phased them a little instead of using multi-tracks.

There is a dude on Instagram who makes amazing customers Doctor Who action figures but I cannot for the life of me figure out how the ones he sells actually sell. He has an etsy and ebay store filled with heads but keeps saying his full figures go up then I never see them do so.
