I used to work late nights at a secure facility, but I always tipped $20 when I needed to order something, and eventually I think I got the owner of the restaurant delivering to me to get that tip. Food was always good though.

I stopped getting delivery and went entirely to pick-up once it got casualized into gig labour. What's the point of tipping if the drivers don't deal with you enough to know you're the person who tips well? How can I trust a delivery driver who I'm probably only going to see once?
