Europe needs to stop thinking of itself as a continent that cannot be defended without the United States.

European countries need to understand they are a group of like-minded democracies that cannot defend themselves without Ukraine.

Thanks v much to the young people from Redland who wrote to me about issues like financial education, mental health, equal access to swimming lessons, & more

Lots of food for thought - and great to see young people starting early on engaging with their elected representatives!

Andy Burnham Blocked from Standing.
Starmer and McSweeney block democracy of the people so they can protect their friends and their interests.

Gorton & Denton deserves better than career politicians who play games while our communities struggle.

Surprised at the Polanski decision not to run. He’s as much from Gorton and Denton as Andy Burnham is (not much, but at least adjacent) and he could do with being in Parliament.

If Farage has been an advisor to the Ghandehari family office since 2018, those payments for his services will have been declared through his company & the Register of Members' Financial Interests since he became an MP. Can anybody see anything? I can't.

How about the HoC has an attendance register so that the public/consituents can see how much (or little) their MP attends the HoC. Likewise an official record of Constituency "Surgeries". All linked to the MPs salary, the more they attend /do the nearer their pay to the full salary.

❗This could stop a dangerous attack on peaceful protest❗

Green Peer Baroness Natalie Bennett has tabled a rare fatal motion to challenge Labour’s attempt to criminalise peaceful protest.

Labour’s amendment to the Public Order Act has already passed the House of Commons and is now heading to Lords.
