immer wenn jemand sagt, dass "leider unschöne Bilder nicht zu vermeiden" seien, muss man sich klar machen, dass entweder in seinen Augen die "Bilder" das eigentliche Problem oder aber die "unschönen Bilder" der eigentliche Zweck der Übung sind.

This kind of thing, where a public commentator praises an openly fascist document for how “easy it is to read” for “normal people,” in a well-you-gotta-hand-it-to-them sort of way, helps illustrate the dangers that arise when anti-intellectualism becomes a universal principle
I’m also gonna say something that will be controversial here: This is actually a very accessible and easy to read document. Is it good prose? No, but it also doesn’t do jargon. It might be written by AI, as some have suggested, but for a normal person, this is much clearer than past strategies.

Unglaublich. @clarabuenger.bsky.social hat eben im Bundestag angesichts der Dobrindt'schen Weigerung, 2000 Afghan*innen aufzunehmen, denen Deutschland schon Schutz versprochen hatte, von der Banalität des Bösen gesprochen.
