A5: I implemented a two-stage RFI at my last institution for this reason. First is short, to the point, just the basics (i.e. just get the info), second part asks more (for personalization, parents, other 'nice to haves'). Surprisingly, we had over an 80% completion from first to second RFI. #EMChat
