I will still keep coming back for more

i asked Claude to check a writer's article for plagiarism
it listed multiple examples + the sites it had plagiarised
so i asked for links to check for myself... and the AI admitted it just "made assumptions of plagiarism and stated them as facts"

Some writers went to work for top sites like Dexerto
One creator came to work with me on my current project
& people love the only content the 'site' still puts out
It's not massively profitable but at least it's still running

From just me to a team of 30 and back down again...except for one hire I didn't even advertise for.
I got a special feeling after receiving an application one day and took a chance.
We didn't do video reviews...but then we did.
And it worked.

Minimal keyword research. No "time on page" boosting. Just value for your audience
But it can still rank (in very competitive niches)

Pretty annoying as someone that would immediately hide them every time they appeared (only to receive a notification saying they'd show them again in 30 days time, then repeat)
I get my brainrot from X, not shortform video

Here's my new blueprint:
1. Find an untapped or underserved niche
2. Create resources that lots of people find valuable
3. Trade your resources for ability to contact (emails)
4. Use email sequence to send content directly & monetise

Very few pages, highly competitive space
And didn't put much thought into SEO (unoptimised)
So what's the secret sauce?
Audience.
If you can get people looking for *your* stuff — not just stuff you cover — it's an SEO cheat code

- Worked in online marketing for 10+ years
- Generated $600k+ with my own projects
- Succeeded a few times
- Failed many times
Now building a new content business that doesn't rely on Google (but started getting some Google traffic anyway)
