A Libertarian guide to crime: A crime exists only when there is a real victim whose rights were violated. If there’s no victim or the “victim” is merely “society,” then no crime occurred. Only actions that harm others or infringe their rights qualify as crimes.

Prohibition created violent black markets, corruption, and even government-poisoned alcohol that killed thousands. The modern drug war repeats the same failures on a bigger scale—enriching cartels, filling prisons, and causing needless deaths. Force fails; freedom succeeds.

This article tries to scare people away from VPNs. If the government didn’t spy on citizens, people wouldn’t need them. And it’s ironic for Google to call VPNs “spyware” while constantly tracking users and sharing data with government agencies.

A president using the FCC to punish reporters flips the First Amendment upside down. Threatening licences for tough questions chills speech, weakens press freedom, and mimics authoritarian tactics. Even if the FCC should be abolished, government power over media is dangerous to a free society.

Texans beat Dan Patrick’s THC ban, only for distant lawmakers in Washington to impose their own rules on us. After stopping overreach at home, we faced it from a thousand miles away. Local decisions should be made by Texans, not political opportunists in far-off capitals.

Most of the policy Democrats and Republicans sell are hardly practical, but are designed to make you feel good. This does not mean they are good. Libertarians advocate for practical policy.

Libertarians believe only you can truly decide how to live your life, and so long as it doesn't violate others ability to decide how to live their lives, then you are free to be yourself.
