RunVember Day 29 ✔️ Solid progression run 🏃♀️ My garmin productive streak came to an end yesterday but I had a good innings of over 6 weeks & tried during yesterday's session 🏆 Weather warning ⚠️ so unexpected ☀️ ball time for Dora 🐾 Tomorrow's run will either be 1 mile or 11 as on 29 miles 😉 #running

RunVember Day 23 ✔️ 1 week to go... Up to Liddington Castle Hillfort & back down. The cows 🐄 were guarding it today so that's as close as I got 😆 Very windy at the top but the sun was shining 😎 Just over 4 miles with the last 2 downhill miles in 18ish minutes #running 🏃♀️
