I do advocate if you are ever starting to take up running / jogging you listen to Kurt Vile’s music whilst doing so. It’s the pace we all need to run/ live / drink / eat / etc

Not sure why I’m posting the previous post - just thought of the Gary Oldman mention of Bowie’s passing and that he seemed to be the cosmic glue that held everything together hence the subsequent shit. Maybe for tonight only, Kurt Vile is being a bit of cosmic glue holding up my bit of the universe
