Way too weak. How about this for a counterproposal:
Russia gets the fuck out of Ukraine. Full retreat by Dec 1st, otherwise Europe will finally get serious with delivering weapons and ammo. Including long range to demolish the rest of Russias energy and logistics infrastructure.
