Primordial's Spite - Some part of your body has become aligned with the elements. You might bleed fire. Your bones might turn to stone. It varies from person to person. More severe cases might see the person turn into an elemental, losing their mind in the process.

depends on the setting/agreed upon terms. I've been in communities that have pushed for realism to a foolish degree, and I've been at tables that are far more lax about it.
If I'm playing 5e, you can fall from orbit and be fine* provided you have hp. Cyberpunk? A third story fall is causing harm

Transmutation Effigy - You can change into different states of matter at will, be it gas, water, solid, or otherwise. No more lengthy commutes when you can just fly to your destination. Swim wherever you like.
