So I wrote a ( surprisingly ) simple python script, Aptly named watson.py, that can answer trivia questions with simple concise answers. And that’s using local LLM’s on my MacBook.
So far, with no extra tuning, it seems to be right about 85% of the time.

Let me tell you something. I was there, working in IT, 25 years ago. And it was no joke back then. But, with lots of hard preparations, other than a few little hiccups here and there, it was fine.
Y2K seems like a joke now, but in 1999 people were really freaking out
People feared the computer glitch would mean "the end of the world as we know it." Thankfully, Y2K didn't live up to the hype after years and billions of dollars were spent on painstaking preparation.
