I’m a fat, queer artist based in western North Carolina. I love mountains and waterfalls. I make quilts, knit sweaters & shawls, and weave tapestries. I make art on paper with graphite, colored pencils, and watercolors.
I’m dreading the day that my 15yo perfectly-low-res tv finally kicks the bucket and I’m forced to “upgrade.” I like a little vaseline on the lens! I don’t want to see every stitch on that historically innacurate costume!!!!

The premise is about a standup comedian in her golden years (played by Jean Smart) who is reviving her career with a millenial cowriter. It’s about women in show business, intergenerational friendships, and never being too old to chase your dreams. Very funny but also earnest and real!
