Here I am, just finished Clair Obscur main story, in a bit more than 45 hours. Have a lot to say about it but I'll try to go spoiler free (because knowing next to nothing about the game made me enjoying it even more !) Every aspect of the gameplay battles is so well crafted for being fun AND tough

I think I kinda fell in love with Clair Obscur's gameplay. I'm only 10ish hours into the game and I feel I've still seen nothing, at the moment I don't really feel connected with the characters like at all, they're kinda unsympathetic to me except for Maelle but gosh the combat part is so great

This first riff going on a wierd note in the first song of Unbeatable is pure genius. Without saying any words it says everything you'll go through. The grunge, the passion, the mess, the emotions, the hopes and dreams, the hardships, it was all in it. I'm in tears just thinking of it

Second day living with Unbeatable in my brain. I now want to get back to electric guitar and buy myself the Telecaster I dreamed of & learn to finally compose j-rock style music. We'll see how it goes. We must protecc Quaver forever.

Everything about the creation discourse around Unbeatable (Just do thing, you do things because you just feel like you have to, how it's so hard to go through artistic hardships) is kinda heavy on me. Cause I haven't been able to produce anything I'm really proud of ever yet.
