I don't know you enough to know if this is useful to you, but only in the past few years have I realized that I have issues with anxiety. I also have a short fuse and get into anger spirals. It was a revelation when I figured out that a lot of my anger issues were my anxieties presenting as anger.

If someone that was buying me a present had an AI choose my gift--let an AI SHOP for my gift--I would no longer consider that person an actual friend.
