idk about singularity, it feels more cyclical to me. you base your society on a framework and then the society is faced with its own contradictions so you need a new framework

i still like to call it an epistemological crisis like some people did a couple years ago. we don't agree on like, where knowledge even comes from anymore. AI has definitely made that one worse too.

i think most people are like that. i still get nostalgic and put on linkin park from when i was like 13 too
i still occasionally find new stuff but i gotta be honest, lately a lot of it's been the shitty anime songs i started listening to to practice basic japanese pronunciation lol

over here houses and most apartments basically always have a utility closet where the power, gas, water etc, also telecom enters the house and all the meters are there and stuff. that's where people often put their router/modem, it's convenient.
idk if stuff over there works the same though

you should probably think about where you want the modem/router, if you run a bunch of ethernet then you will have one end of a bunch of it terminating there, usually that means you don't use outlets but a patch panel, it's a little uglier maybe.

not quite clear what you're asking but, you can have ethernet hookup points with the other side just hooked up to wherever, think of them like extension cords. if you hook them up to your router you can just plug the computer into the wall with a network cable and it connects to the router that way

they also still haven't fixed the thing where if my bluetooth headphones are connected, the phone alarm sounds get all sped up and buffer underrunny and messed up (both on the phone speaker and on the headphones)
