The hoatzin (Opisthocomus hoazin) is a weird & wonderful bird, native to the Orinoco & Amazon basins in South America, where it lives in trees overhanging rivers & marshes.
It has a striking look reminiscent of fossil birds like Archaeopteryx, but is more closely related to cranes & plovers.

"Death of the Author" doesn't mean separating the author's bad behaviour from their art. It means taking away their authority and allowing readers to interpret the art based on their own perspectives. It doesn't absolve the author of being a bastard, in fact it may inform how you interpret the art.

I have NEVER cared about anything more that this little guy. From DAY one because at the time I was already watching baby penguin videos hit that magic-algo.
