Isn't this an opposite of healthy user bias? If you've been a consumer of cream and high fat cheese over the last 25 years you've been going against the tide of medical recommendations.

To balance... I think it depends on your own sphere. I didn't think at first reading he was talking legally, however I can totally see that as you're in law when you read those words thats how you would take it. So what was so obvious to you may not be for others.

This is so frustrating because it continues to mix asylum with immigration. Every non asylum immigrant applied to be here to the home office. And met all their rules. Are they suggesting the home office prioritised takers not givers before? Why?

Honestly... I think I'd want to speak to someone before I quizzed them in a court. While speaking to ten witnesses prior may take some time, it could save having the trial in the first place.

I meant it more as an effectiveness issue. Wcu doing nothing other than telling me where to be and when. I still don't see how my statement helps the prosecution. The victim should be the defendant!

Having my first experience of the justice system. Been called as a prosecution witness at a magistrates court. I think the defendant did nothing at all wrong and is in fact the victim. Prosecution have never contacted me past a witness statement to the police. Seems mad.

I'm always surprised just how cheap these people are. You'd expect them to be getting millions for their treachery. Why do it all for a few grand?
