This is really important. Do NOT use the AI summaries at the top of google searches. Ignore them. This is especially important if you don't have any prior knowledge about the topic, but also a good general rule.

Search sources, scrutinize them carefully and double-check with other sources.

My main concern with ascribing DMS to 'life' is that there are many ways it could be easily made abiotically in plausible exoplanet atmospheric conditions (ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2024ApJ....).
However, interrogating the data from the paper, it appears even its basic presence is far from proven.

Seid ihr die Diskussionen, was Nord- und was Süddeutschland ist, auch leid? Hier kommt die endgültige Antwort: Alles, was nördlich der Benrather Linie (rot) und des Aldi-Äquators (blau) liegt, ist Norddeutschland. Alles südlich von beiden Süddeutschland. Alles dazwischen a secret third thing.
Eine Deutschlandkarte, auf der mit einer roten Linie die Benrather Linie eingezeichnet ist, die von Aachen über Düsseldorf, zwischen Kassel und Göttingen und dann quer durch Sachsen-Anhalt, Brandenburg und Berlin läuft. In blau ist der Aldi-Äquator eingezeichnet, der längs durch NRW, quer durch Hessen und entlang der bayerisch-thüringischen Grenze verläuft
