Well, on a lighter note. It's been a month since my kāne started a new job, in a different industry and after being unemployed since January.

Today's his first day flying solo as a resident manager and I gave him a gift to celebrate today!
A gift wrapped in recycled paper bag and tied with raffia. A Bosch laser level still in the box, nest to a 4-pack of AA batteries.

23 out of 50 lei for my daughter's graduation, I started making these over a month ago. For friends, teachers, h.s. counselor, crossing guards, whoever she wants. Extra for anyone she's thankful for. This is finals week, so she starts giving them to teachers tomorrow. Maybe 400 in her class?
