This seems like a bad misinterpretation of the "mammals have about 1B heartbeats per lifetime" claim (that humans are an exception to, since we regularly live longer).

community note is wrong, not mirror reversed. (also not in wrong order!)

U.S. Magistrate Judge Gabriel Fuentes, in dismissing Midway Blitz-related charges against Dana Briggs last week, said he was lifting restrictions on relevant video.

Today he made the video available through the clerk's office at no cost to the public. Here's the first.

But my co-author on our 1995 "Scientology v. the Internet" article for Skeptic magazine got it much worse than I did. I got invited to lunch by the Mesa OSA Director, while he got picketed at the workplace, family visited by Gene Ingram, Scientology smear web pages against him, etc.

It doesn't quite prove that the claim it was a test is false, but it does seem to demonstrate that the event that allegedly inspired the brown M&Ms clause didn't, since it was already in the rider for that event (assuming it has been accurately identified).

It's frustrating to see creationist books at the Grand Canyon visitor center and their ads at the zoo. The last time I was at the zoo was last year for the 50th anniversary of the discovery of "Lucy," with the Institute of Human Origins.

I guess this is a cult-friendly zoo.

Insane. It's Rep McClain who is telling service members to violate their oaths and not challenge unlawful orders. And it's very clear that unlawful orders are being issued and followed.
