Today I had a grocery substitution of grilled artichoke hearts. I told the driver I would happily keep them as they were a favourite. I have never eaten a grilled artichoke heart in my life, I just didn't want to look unsophisticated 😅 (What do they taste like?What do you eat them with? Who knows??)

My partner and I love his kidney doctor so much that we gave him a huge tub of chocolates today. Kidney doctor's deserve love! 😍

Intractable with aura and GI issues. They started when I was 14 but it took until 19 to get a diagnosis. I had many tests for brain tumours and epilepsy along the way. Migraine was the last thing anyone thought of.
