I think it was maybe the socks. I have one that keeps on popping. Need to find something to properly protect it until it heals. Otherwise I don’t have others.thbks for the advice.

Yeah it’s early 😫 but I’m used to it. It’s just a bit earlier than usual but it’s ok. And once I’m awake it’s almost impossible for me to get back to sleep.

And another fartlek (still giggling at the name although there’s zero reason …) today. Recovery runs between intervals were very slow but it’s ok. Warm up run getting easier to do. Breathing was calm and steady lol the long.
