I need her for a reference and I need my current role in case I don't get the job I've applied for. I can't take a sick day because I had one last week when I left work to go to urgent care where I had 3 medications through an IV and 2 fluid bags through an IV.

My contracted hours are only 12:05-1:17pm. Everything else I do there is overtime, but yeah it's the same every day.x

I'm there 9-2 but the school I'm interviewing at can't change the time, and can only slot me in at 1pm.x

She knows I am looking for another job after she screwed me over. Advertised a 20hr a week job, I applied, she offered it to me then took it back and offered 10hr a week instead. Only available times for interview are within school hours, and I work during school hours.
