I still think in moving shapes, colors, textures, impressions, feelings, though. Then I transliterate.
I used to think if this as some flaw, or that at the very least I was the worst at it than everyone one.
Now I've just accepted it as a lifelong part of learning and connection.

And it gets missed that the whole point of dance is a communucation anyway. A shout into the universe, a call and response, a record keeping, whatever you feel resonates.

Dance is my favorite form of communication.

Honestly, I had assumed that was the default? And that we primarily learn words so that we can understand and be understood by our external world.
