There is a pharmaceutical company that was developing oncology drugs--Leap Therapeutics. It rebranded in October as Cypherpunk, with a focus on cryptocurrencies. What happened to the drugs? I have no idea.

At this point, I'm not sure how many are going to notice. Had they done this 2 years ago, it might have had impact. Today, not so much.

Rents are going up faster than income, and the housing market will recover in 2026 as a result. However, unless incomes generally increase quite a bit more, at some point, the spending spree will stop.
