EXCEPT for Virginia. The tourism board refused, so there is no restaurant in Virginia that gets reviewed. Inn is lumped into the DC market which just makes it more stupid.

Dropping the star from Inn was a dick move, you're never going to know why unless you eat there 4 times a year at least and can gauge menu changes.
