I always pictured this one.
I think it got a moment when Daniel Radcliff starred in a production of it, but otherwise it's probably not well known outside of theatre circles.

They even tried to get Virginia to go along by offering a 30% discount on the fee. Virginia still refused.
Maybe this might change with our new governor, maybe it won't. But as it stands there is Michelin reviewing of almost the entire eastern seaboard and south with Virginia being the outcast.

They changed the way they select regions a while ago to a pay-for-play model, it pissed everyone off, and also they pony up.
EXCEPT for Virginia. The tourism board refused, so there is no restaurant in Virginia that gets reviewed. Inn is lumped into the DC market which just makes it more stupid.

Long story shout about Michelin:
Dropping the star from Inn was a dick move, you're never going to know why unless you eat there 4 times a year at least and can gauge menu changes.
Opaque rules about the criteria they judge on makes it impossible to have a conversation on it.
