You want some fucking *clicks* MSM? Get 'em here while they're HOT GOSSIP
An important *impending* example, that might be *more* important to cover, is that Steven Pinker was an associate of Epstein which has been reported on since at least 2019, AND in the latest tranche

Pinker is speaking in Takapuna TOMORROW having been brought here by the Free Speech Union

Mark Mitchell appeared in a NEMA jacket yesterday to offer the message to camera that individuals need to take responsibility for securing their own property. Everything else was about increased police powers. About as close to ‘every landlord for themselves’ as I’ve ever seen from the NZ govt.

A scroll through Bishops posting history is enough to void him as any ally of anyone who even pretends at moderate social or economic centrism, let alone leftism. He is, at best, an ecological fascist.

Hey, so guess what I did? 🧵

Can I prove Deloitte used AI to write this report? No. But that would honestly be the less embarrassing option. The research in this report is below par for a 1st year undergrad, where they even bother to show research.

Let's unpack some of the mistakes I found.

Almost everyone who interacted with the insane husband girlies were elderly. And maga. This is what actually sent me down my research path that led to me finding an alt right AI pipeline.

Hyperobject permanence and situational awareness deeply lacking in our societies.
Wow I am blown away by this new data on Australia's climate views

Highest levels of outright science denial since 2009. Highest level of 'gov't is doing too much' (!!!)

And more people afraid of 'self aware AI' than climate.

What a nightmare set of results

again, any other government doing this would not have had a moments rest from nz media, their public lives made almost impossible and been hounded out of government

this coalition is being given the most cover and support, maybe in nz history, by media and institutions

I'll link the story below, and whatever, but saying this when we've just had the Minister of Defence effusively touring with Hegseth, Noem and other fascists and a Luxon/Trump photo op that have been routinely amplified, if not celebrated, by NZ media is just pathetic actually.

It is deeply frustrating to see the Ministries for Women and Pacific Peoples positioned as expendable. Equity ministries exist because the system does not treat us equally. Calling their erasure “efficiency” is structural misogyny and racism #nzpol

too many people with actual influence, power and resources in this country - liberals and progressives - who refuse to see what's happening, believe without reason that institutional rules and traditions will win out, and get rabid at any suggestion otherwise from their left flank.

Genuinely need to heed these warnings. What’s implicit rather than explicit in this analysis is the global scope of the problem. All that artificially pumped wealth (created by policy choices) catalysing inordinate imbalances in carbon emissions between wealthy and poor, cooking the biosphere.
Analysis from the University of Auckland: New Zealand is hurtling towards a sharply divided country of extreme wealth and extreme poverty with an insecure middle class

This KiwiSaver stuff (along with consistent messaging over time from the Protestant work ethic think tank cult believers) feels like the beginning of the end for that part of the welfare state. Burden us with student loans at the start. Wring us with “should have saved harder” at the end.

That the head of the public service broadcaster *intentionally* created an environment by defaming one of his *own journalists* & triggered an NZSIS investigation has been, & continues to be, hugely damaging for journalism

american primacy and great power competition has skewed Indopacific strategists to recognise only the rivarly between the US and PRC, largely framed by unilateral laws such as freedom of navigation, at the expense of emerging rivalries between US and its closest partners who depend on a RBIO.

I know I’m a stuck record on this, but we have to accept the reality that grievance-led populism isn’t a backlash against neoliberalism, it’s a mutant strain with the same origin story: a decades-long post-WW2 push to protect social hierarchy from the threat of democracy and civil rights movements.
I know we're here because of many things, but I truly think we have to reckon with what societal bothsidesism has wrought. Neoliberalism and regressive populism have thrived under the idea of false balance. The marketplace of ideas is working as intended, as markets always do.
