If antifa (or whatever) really wanted to stop ICE it would be relatively easy to ambush them, using guerrilla tactics.
It would only take 7 or 8 “well-regulated” militia members. 2 on point, five to create a field of fire and one or two rear guard. The Viet Cong perfected it.
